What you'll do

1. Strategic Management:

• Develop and implement specific logistics strategies for fresh products.

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the integrity and freshness of products throughout the entire supply chain.

• Control of the company's production center (owned) and process optimization.

2. Warehouse Supervision:

• Direct daily warehouse operations, ensuring optimal storage conditions for perishable products.

• Implement handling and preservation practices for fresh products.

• Control of expiration dates.

3. Inventory Management:

• Develop inventory management policies that minimize losses and maximize the turnover of fresh products.

• Implement real-time tracking systems to guarantee inventory accuracy.

4. Transport and Distribution:

• Supervise the management of the cold chain during transport and distribution.

• Supervise and control routes, orders, and product turnover.

• Collaborate with logistics providers specializing in fresh products.

5. Regulatory Compliance:

• Guarantee compliance with all regulations and legal requirements related to the logistics and storage of fresh products.
