Logistics Assistant
Summary
Handle warehouse logistics by receiving, packing, and tracking shipments using an ERP system while maintaining organized inventory and reporting stock levels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive incoming shipment and perform good receipt into ERP system timely;
- Perform pick and pack for outgoing shipments;
- Perform monthly physical stock take;
- Generate and update stock reports;
- Compliance to company SOP and maintain storage area as organized and safe ;
- Liaise with different stake holders (internal / external) pertaining to stock received/releasing into/from store;
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Secondary education/ N-Level
- Relevant warehouse/store experience
- Basic computer literacy
- Preferred Bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
- Responsible and ability to work independently
- Able to commence work at a short notice or immediate
