Logistics Assistant Manager (Negeri Sembilan)

Oversee and support daily warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound, storage, inventory control, and outbound distribution
Ensure smooth execution of import and export activities, including coordination with freight forwarders, customs agents, and suppliers
Manage end-to-end logistics flow from suppliers (local and overseas) to warehouse, and from warehouse to customers or intercompany locations
Ensure warehouse operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with company operational standards
Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper control of stock movement through WMS/ERP systems
Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse layout, processes, and logistics efficiency
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import/export procedures, and company policies
Work closely with internal stakeholders including procurement, production, sales, and customer service teams
Lead, supervise, and support warehouse team operations, ensuring productivity and discipline
Assist in manpower planning, training, and performance management of warehouse staff
Support month-end stock count activities, including occasional weekend work when required

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
Open to candidates from manufacturing background
Preferably experienced in handling import and export operations
Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations end-to-end
Familiar with customs procedures, freight forwarding processes, and shipping documentation
Experience using WMS and/or ERP systems is an advantage
Competent and experienced professional in both logistics and warehouse operations
Strong leadership potential suitable for Assistant Manager level
Good communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required for liaising with suppliers and stakeholders
Proficient in English communication
