Logistics Assistant [MNC Aerospace; East; 5 day]
Summary
Handles incoming and outgoing shipments, updates inventory in an ERP system, and operates warehouse equipment in a Singapore-based aerospace logistics role.
Location: East
Salary: S$2,000 - S$2,300
Working Days: Mon – Fri
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against shipping documents
- Perform inventory updates and ERP data entry
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments
- Assist with shipping documentation and logistics coordination
- Operate forklift and other material handling equipment (training provided)
- Conduct visual inspection of materials and report discrepancies
- Deliver/collect goods using company vehicle (ad hoc)
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and comply with safety procedures
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with relevant education are welcome
- 1–2 years of logistics/warehouse experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems and warehouse operations is an advantage
- Possess Class 3 Driving Licence & Forklift Licence
- GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
