Logistics Assistant
Summary
Oversee food inventory, warehouse operations, and kitchen store cleanliness for a large-scale food services provider in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct stock take and updating of stock records
• Maintain cleanliness of Kitchen Store
• Support warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records through regular stock checks and system updates.
• Manage the storage and distribution of food stock to internal kitchen teams.
• Strictly liaise with the QHSE requirements pertaining to dry and wet goods upkeep and maintenance
• Ensure that work areas are clean and spotless including floors, walls, counters and equipment.
• Ensure legal requirements and standards related to Sodexo Food Safety and Workplace Safety and Health are implemented and adhered during the entire operational processes related to Food Services and its scope of activities.
• Any other food safety related tasks assigned e.g. temperature monitoring of food, storage and equipment, taking food samples, cleaning activities.
