Logistics Assistant, Supply Chain & Warehouse

• As front liner, deliver or collect goods to or from customer/vendor timely with an excellent service quality mindset at all times. Put on the appropriate company outfit whenever carrying out the duty.
  
  
• Handle goods with care during loading into vehicle, transit and unloading at customer's premises.
  
  
• Ensure correct document is attached to each physical package before loading to the vehicle and acknowledgement receipt on the document from customer is performed according to requirement.
  
  
• Proof of delivery (Accounts copy) must be returned to the warehouse office admin with the Logistic delivery sheet for record update and safekeeping.
  
  
• Proper handling of company vehicles and keeping them clean and always functioning well.
  
  
• Ensure road tax, Inspection of the vehicle and your own Goods Driving License (GDL) is valid.
  
  
• Assist outbound or other teams in day-to-day operations when required
  
  
• Participate in the scheduled stock take.
  
  
• Ensure continual compliance with safety guidelines, 5S, ISO & GDPMD requirements always.
  
  
• Always adhere to supervisor’s instructions while carrying out assigned tasks
  
  
• Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the warehouse manager or HOD.
  

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or certificate with more than 3 years' goods delivery experience
  
  
• Valid Goods driving License (GDL) with good driving record and no traffic violations
  
  
• Able to read, write and understand delivery instructions.
  
  
• Good interpersonal skills with customers and stakeholders.
  
  
• Good knowledge of the delivery route, ability to adjust daily delivery plan if required to meet planner's requirement.
