Description
Warehouse Operations
- Prepare and complete internal/external customer orders for delivery or pickup
- Ensure items are properly labelled, packed, and shipped in a timely manner
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments to designated areas
- Perform system updates via SAP ERP/WMS/TMS
- Conduct monthly cycle counts and annual stock takes
- Ensure all manual handling complies with safety guidelines
Logistics Operations
- Coordinate timely transportation and delivery of goods
- Prepare shipments (equipment, spare parts, accessories) as per instructions
- Ensure import/export documents are in order
Other Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate operational logs and report discrepancies
- Recommend and support continuous process improvements
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Higher Nitec / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse and transportation operations
- Proficient in SAP ERP, WMS, TMS
- Strong Excel (Macros), PowerPoint
