About the Role
Our client is a well established player in the FMCG and logistics space, currently standing up a new operation in the US. They're looking for a Business Analyst to map end to end processes across the new business, covering both customer experience and business operations, and identifying where technology should enable the process.

This isn't a pure documentation role. They need someone who can move quickly, work through ambiguity, and make sound judgement calls on where to build new policy versus adapt what already exists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process mapping across delivery, fulfilment/warehouse, payment gateway and finance reconciliation
  • Document how the business currently operates in Australia, including areas like customer refunds, and adapt that into a US framework
  • Benchmark external players to help build policy where no internal benchmark exists, such as delivery service policy
  • Run requirements gathering sessions across the business and IT
  • Translate technical and systems concepts for non-technical stakeholders
About You
  • Genuine process mapping experience rather than a general BA background
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Comfortable sitting between IT and the business to simplify process and customer experience
  • Strong Excel and Word skills, this role is documentation heavy
  • Solid stakeholder management to run requirements sessions across ops, finance and IT
