Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and logistics providers.
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time shipments.
Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding stock movement.
Monitor inventory levels and product availability.
Support inventory reconciliation and stock reporting.
Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and logistics records.
Ensure logistics documentation is accurate and up to date.
Support customs clearance activities when required.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding shipment status.
Work closely with Procurement, Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams.
Prepare shipment tracking and logistics reports.
Monitor logistics costs and report delays or operational issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of logistics and shipment coordination.
Experience in inventory and warehouse coordination.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
