Job Description
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including inbound and outbound shipments to maintain efficient workflow
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment to meet delivery schedules
- Prepare picking lists, delivery orders, and shipping documents for outbound shipments
- Update and maintain accurate data in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and internal systems for inventory tracking
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and transport teams to resolve delivery schedules and shipment issues
- Monitor inventory movements including receiving, issuing, and returns to ensure stock accuracy
- Support packing, labelling, and order processing specifically for e-commerce shipments to meet customer requirements
- Handle documentation such as invoices, permits, and billing reports to support financial and regulatory compliance
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks to maintain stock integrity
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Customer Service and Operations to ensure smooth warehouse processes
Requirements
- Singaporeans / SPRs are most welcome to apply
- Min 1 to 2 years of related experience
- Experience in S4 & WMS function will be added advantage
- Computer Literate & Proficient in MS Office
