📍 Locations: Pioneer / Woodlands
💰 Salary: $2,600 – $3,000/month
🕒 12-Hour Shift
- 🌞 Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 🌙 Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Roster Pattern
- Group 1: Work Sunday – Tuesday + Alternate Wednesday
- Group2: Work Alternate Wednesday + Thursday– Saturday
✨ Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders using the WMS/ERP system.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve delivery or fulfilment issues.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, inventory, and transport teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer enquiries, urgent orders, and value-added service requests.
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, delivery orders (DOs), and proof of delivery (PODs).
- Perform inventory-related administrative duties, including stock reporting and discrepancy investigations.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Support customer audits, site visits, and operational reviews.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
✅ Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working 12-hour rotating day/night shifts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
