Roster Pattern

✨ Key Responsibilities

Process and manage customer orders using the WMS/ERP system.
Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and within service level agreements (SLAs).
Monitor order status and proactively resolve delivery or fulfilment issues.
Coordinate closely with warehouse, inventory, and transport teams to ensure smooth operations.
Handle customer enquiries, urgent orders, and value-added service requests.
Prepare shipping documents, invoices, delivery orders (DOs), and proof of delivery (PODs).
Perform inventory-related administrative duties, including stock reporting and discrepancy investigations.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Support customer audits, site visits, and operational reviews.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Comfortable working 12-hour rotating day/night shifts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
