MC Headhunting is looking for a Logistics Director
At MC Headhunting, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Logistics Director to join our team at a prominent company in the energy sector. The selected person will be responsible for directing, planning, and supervising all logistical activities, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness in distribution and storage processes.
What you'll do
-Plan and manage logistical operations, including storage, distribution, and transport of goods.
-Supervise inventory management and ensure its accuracy.
-Implement strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency in the supply chain.
-Guarantee customer satisfaction by optimizing delivery times and service quality.
-Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure seamless logistical operations.
-Develop and supervise key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of logistical activities.
-Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in all logistical operations.
-Lead continuous improvement and innovation projects in logistical processes.
What we're looking for
-Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. A Master's in Logistics or Supply Chain is valued.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership positions within the logistics or supply chain area.
-Advanced knowledge in supply chain planning, inventory management, and distribution strategies.
-Experience in the implementation of logistics management systems (ERP, WMS).
-Demonstrated ability to lead teams, motivate personnel, and work under pressure.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish and English.
Availability to travel.
