Logistics Executive, Air Freight (Up to $3,500)
Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily air freight shipments for import and export movements.
- Prepare, review, and process shipping and operational documents accurately.
- Serve as the key liaison between customers, airlines, overseas partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.
- Investigate and follow up on shipment exceptions, delays, and service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update operational records in a timely manner.
- Support day-to-day freight operations and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or air cargo operations will be advantageous.
- Candidates with relevant transferable skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
