Oversee day-to-day multi-modal freight operations, track shipments, resolve disruptions, and verify logistics documents and vendor performance.

Daily Logistics Operations
- Oversee comprehensive day-to-day multi-modal freight operations, including order booking, shipping documentation processing, permit declarations and billing
- Serve as contact point for the daily communication with 3PL
- Monitor and track the shipment status up to obtaining proof of delivery, and proactively update stakeholders
- Resolve complex operational issues, booking discrepancies, customs holds, transit delays and unexpected disruptions
- Work closely with Customer Service, Replenishment Team, Sales and Finance
- Assist Replenishment Team occasionally
- Confirm the accuracy of the logistic documents (shipping documents, invoices)
- Verify the logistic purchase
- Conduct regular vendor performance and compliance reviews to ensure quality, reliability and cost efficiency with the supervisor
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma and above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related business discipline
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international freight forwarding
- Proven exposure to freight forwarders, incoterms, bill of lading and haulage schedule
- Cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to perform under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, as well as ERP software
