The Logistics Executive will coordinate supplier orders and returns, manage inventory, and communicate with international customers and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate supplier orders and process returns to maintain efficient supply chain operations
- Resolve logistics inquiries by communicating clearly with international customers and customer service teams
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records to support operational and reporting needs
- Use MS Office, especially Excel, to track logistics data and generate inventory status reports
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless logistics workflows
- Work independently with self-motivation within a small team environment to meet operational goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Exhibit proficiency in English for clear spoken and written communication
