Logistics Executive
We're hiring a Logistics Executive who will own the movement of our products — inbound from vendors and manufacturers, and outbound to customers and B2B partners. This isn't a back-office role. You'll be in the thick of it: tracking dispatches in real time, keeping partners accountable, and making sure our operations run with the same precision as our products.

What you'll do
- Own day-to-day logistics operations — order dispatch, shipment tracking, and delivery
coordination across courier partners
– Manage relationships with logistics vendors and negotiate SLAs, rates, and escalations
– Monitor NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), drive RTO reduction, and resolve last-mile issues
proactively
– Coordinate with warehousing partners on inventory dispatch, inbound, and reconciliation
– Handle shipping documentation — e-way bills, LRs, GST invoices; accurately and on
time
– Track logistics KPIs (delivery %, RTO %, TAT) and flag issues before they become
problems
– Work closely with the customer experience team to resolve delivery complaints quickly
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in logistics, supply chain, or operations; D2C or e-commerce preferred
– Existing relationships with Indian logistics providers (Delhivery, BlueDart, etc.)
– Hands-on with logistics platforms and order management systems
– Solid understanding of shipping documentation: e-way bills, LRs, GST invoices
– Excel/Sheets proficiency; comfortable building and owning tracking dashboards
– Strong communicator; writes clean emails, speaks up on calls, follows through
– High ownership mindset; you don't wait to be chased
Good to have:
- Exposure to warehouse operations or inventory management
– Understanding of NDR workflows and RTO optimisation strategies
– Experience with multi-channel fulfillment (marketplace + D2C website)
