A leading travel retail organisation is seeking a proactive Logistics Executive to support inventory replenishment and logistics operations across its retail network. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient warehouse operations, and seamless coordination with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure timely product replenishment.
  • Coordinate returns to warehouse (RTW) and returns to vendors (RTV).
  • Process warehouse invoices and support logistics administration.
  • Analyse inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy across retail operations.
  • Coordinate with merchandising teams, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support logistics planning for special events and operational projects.
  • Conduct ad hoc visits to retail stores and warehouse facilities to support operational requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in logistics, trade operations, or warehouse management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible, organised, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Comfortable handling duty-free products, including liquor and tobacco, as part of daily operations.
