A leading travel retail organisation is seeking a proactive Logistics Executive to support inventory replenishment and logistics operations across its retail network. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient warehouse operations, and seamless coordination with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure timely product replenishment.
- Coordinate returns to warehouse (RTW) and returns to vendors (RTV).
- Process warehouse invoices and support logistics administration.
- Analyse inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy across retail operations.
- Coordinate with merchandising teams, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Support logistics planning for special events and operational projects.
- Conduct ad hoc visits to retail stores and warehouse facilities to support operational requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in logistics, trade operations, or warehouse management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, organised, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Comfortable handling duty-free products, including liquor and tobacco, as part of daily operations.
