About the Role
NLIGHTIN is seeking a Logistics / Fleet Coordinator to oversee and optimize vehicle leasing operations, ensuring efficient fleet allocation, utilization, maintenance, vendor management, and compliance with operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle leasing, allocation, deployment, and return for company operations and client projects
- Manage leasing vendors, contracts, vehicle maintenance, and operational costs
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations, HSE standards, insurance requirements, and company policies
- Track vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vendor performance
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Engineering, Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 5–6 years’ experience in logistics, fleet management, or vehicle leasing operations, preferably in oil & gas or construction
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, analytical, and cost management skills
- Proficiency in logistics and fleet management software
- Knowledge of HSE standards related to transport operations
- Willingness to travel to project sites and vendor locations
