LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Logistics (N4) Department of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.

You will perform and report root cause analysis of internal/external audit deficiencies to identify process and/or system/ deviations/ deficiencies.

You will identify and implement corrective actions process changes, Accountable Property System of Record software modifications, personnel training to ensure strict compliance with programmatic requirements including documentation and reporting

You will be a subject matter expert in Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) and inventory management/oversight of government assets in direct support of supply chain management and performance.

You will analyze inventory demand, customer wait time, and associated costs ( e.g. inventory carrying and transportation) to optimize SBS inventory positioning.
