Logistics Manager - Angola
Robert Bosch Angola is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager who will be responsible for managing the Bosch logistics activities in Angola with a focus on warehousing, distribution & foreign trade. Duties will include but will not be limited to the following:
- Manage and assure performance and quality of Bosch warehouse operation, local distribution, SF & AF import and customs processes. (Services done by external logistics service providers)
- Monitoring, supporting & steering of logistics service providers for warehousing, transportation and foreign trade (import/export)
- KPI reporting, Detective Control and Customs Broker auditing
- Logistics interface for two Bosch divisions and their customer in Angola
- Implementation of SAP POE for warehousing and distribution
- Project management to implement new requirements and process improvements
- Logistics cost responsibility (incl. business planning)
- Invoice verification for logistics services
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar
- Profound knowledge of distribution logistics, supply chain management and foreign trade
- Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented mind-set, strong communication skills
- Fluent in Portuguese and English language
Experience
- Practical experience in warehousing, transportation and/or customs
