We are looking for a Logistics Manager to oversee campus logistics operations and ensure the efficient flow of materials, equipment, and supplies across facilities.

What is your role?

As a Logistics Manager, you will lead warehousing, shipping, transportation, inventory control, and trade compliance activities while supporting operational efficiency and service levels.

Major responsibilities and tasks

• · Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and distribution.
• · Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and carrier coordination.
• · Maintain inventory accuracy through tracking, cycle counts, replenishment, and reporting.
• · Ensure compliance with shipping, import/export, customs, and trade regulations.
• · Lead logistics staff and drive process improvements to improve efficiency, cost, and service.

What do you need to have?

• · Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, shipping, transportation, or supply chain management.
• · Knowledge of inventory control systems and shipping/trade compliance requirements.
• · Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• · Experience with SAP warehousing and Prisma customs system is a plus.
