About the Role
HT-Limited, a business management consulting firm, is seeking Logistics Managers to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain and distribution operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods, efficient inventory management, and cost-effective logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams
- Supervise fleet operations and delivery schedules
- Ensure timely dispatch and distribution of goods
- Negotiate contracts with transport providers
- Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records
- Implement warehouse best practices and coordinate audits/cycle counts
- Lead and train logistics staff to achieve performance targets
- Prepare logistics performance reports for management
- Ensure compliance with local/international shipping regulations
- Implement health, safety, and environmental policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–7 years' experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and logistics software
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts
