Job and recruitment context
βοΈ Opening line βοΈ
Implicity keeps growing: more centers, more patients monitored, more challenges to take on and we are growing the team that makes it happen.
The logistics chain between our connected medical devices and the patients and medical centers who rely on them holds a key place in that: it is what turns remote monitoring into reality, every day.
π€ Reporting Structure
Direct Report: Anne (Head of Customer Success EU).
Collaboration: You lead the logistics team, and work daily with Customer Success, Sales, Finance and the Tech/Product teams.
π§ Your missions
As Logistics Manager, your core mission will be to run the end-to-end operational chain behind remote monitoring, from device logistics to telemonitoring billing and to structure it so it scales: clear processes, clear priorities, and a team that runs them autonomously.
You will:
In the operations, with your team:
Operate and drive device logistics end to end: orders, deliveries, returns and stock management of the connected devices used to remotely monitor heart failure patients, in close collaboration with Customer Success and Sales.
Process and coordinate the telemonitoring billing cycle: from patient billing through to handling rejections from the French authorities, monthly, using our internal tools and working hand in hand with Finance and Tech.
Guarantee billing data quality: make sure the data required for billing on the Implicity platform is complete and up to date - including the administrative and insurance information that conditions reimbursement - and put the right controls in place to secure reimbursement.
On the organization, one step back:
Structure the scope: build the target vision, break it down into an operational roadmap, prioritize, document and drive process change (including tooling and automation).
Lead the team: organize it, support its development, and act as the escalation point on complex cases.
Improve the logistics chain: raise the standard on how devices are handled and reconditioned: turnaround time, traceability, quality of what goes back into circulation and drive those improvements as projects, with Customer Success and Tech.
π₯ Your Profile and Mindset
Experience Profile
Seniority & Experience: You have already held a logistics / supply chain / operations lead or manager role β this is not a first management experience. You have owned a scope, not only executed within one.
Education: Higher education in logistics, supply chain, operations or business.
Languages: Confortable speaking both French and English.
Sector Experience (Bonus): MedTech, healthcare or medical devices, any environment involving reimbursement or third-party payer billing, startup or scale-up experience.
Mindset and Soft Skills
Structured and rigorous: You organize, prioritize and document β you are the person who turns an implicit process into an explicit one.
Project management: You run several workstreams in parallel, with deadlines, stakeholders and real follow-through.
Comfortable with change: You pick up a new tool quickly and treat change as part of the job, not as an obstacle.
Clear communication and step-back mentality: You make your scope legible to Customer Success, Sales, Finance and Tech, and you can zoom out to build the target picture then zoom back in to make it happen operationally.
A Note on Applying: We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager, but we know the perfect candidate doesn't exist. If you believe you possess the core required experience and strongly align with this mindset, we highly encourage you to apply.
