💰 Salary: $6,450 – $8,890
👔 Reports To: General Manager / Senior Manager, Operations

Job Scope

• Lead overall warehouse operations, site performance and operational strategy.
• Manage P&L, budgets, manpower planning and operational costs.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma, warehouse automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Build strong customer relationships while supporting contract renewals and business growth.
• Lead large operational teams and ensure compliance with WSH, MOM and SCDF regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 5–8 years' managerial experience within a contract logistics environment.
• Proven experience managing P&L, budgets and large multi-functional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with customer-facing and SLA management experience.
• Proficient in Power BI/Tableau with strong analytical and presentation skills.
