Job Summary

Oversee daily transport and delivery operations, ensuring drivers complete their duties safely, on time, and according to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Assign drivers, vehicles, and daily delivery routes to optimize operational efficiency
• Monitor delivery progress and resolve delays or operational issues promptly to maintain schedule adherence
• Ensure drivers comply with schedules, client instructions, and company procedures to uphold service quality
• Inspect vehicle condition, cleanliness, and maintenance needs to guarantee safety and reliability
• Manage driver attendance, punctuality, uniform standards, and discipline to maintain workforce professionalism
• Coordinate communication between clients, drivers, and the Operations Manager to facilitate smooth operations
• Verify accuracy of delivery records and proof of delivery documentation to support operational tracking
• Report incidents, customer complaints, and operational updates to management for timely resolution
• Provide hands-on support for deliveries when necessary to ensure service continuity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driving license (preferred to support operational flexibility)

Salary: $2500 to $2800
