Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a Logistics Manager for our client in Cape Town. The Logistics
Manager will be responsible for overseeing the truck loading operations and managing
the fleet of vehicles as well as the drivers.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years' experience in logistics, transport, fleet management, or distribution operations.
- At least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Proven experience managing fleets, drivers, routing, dispatch operations, and transportation budgets.
- Experience working with vehicle tracking systems, fleet management software, and logistics reporting tools.
