Logistics Manager

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning coordinating and monitoring logistics operations such as inbound raw materials production coordination outbound deliveries and export documentation. The role requires hands-on operational management team leadership and deep familiarity with local and international shipping procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily dispatches of drums (bulk and finished goods) to local customers.
• Manage inbound shipments of raw materials (paints steel fittings) ensuring timely arrival and storage.
• Coordinate with production sales and procurement teams for delivery scheduling and inventory alignment.
• Supervise a team of drivers warehouse assistants and loaders ensuring smooth warehouse and yard operations.
• Monitor fleet availability maintenance and trip planning to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Ensure all drums are delivered clean rust-free and compliant with customer specifications.
• Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation (delivery notes packing lists commercial invoices).
• Oversee stock movement bin card updates and system entries.
• Ensure compliance with local transport HSE and port regulations.
• Troubleshoot delivery delays transport breakdowns and customer complaints.
• Maintain records of logistics metrics fuel usage turnaround times and transport costs

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• · Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics transportation and warehouse management.
• · Prior experience in a manufacturing setup (drum/packaging industry preferred).
• · Good command over documentation and shipment planning.
• · Strong leadership and communication skills.
• · Ability to work under pressure and resolve real-time operational issues.

Work Details:

Monday to Saturday (Full-time – UAE working hours)
