LOGISTICS MANAGER

Job Summary

The Logistics Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery operations to ensure products are delivered safely, on time, and cost-effectively. The role oversees delivery planning, transportation, fleet performance, third-party logistics providers, and delivery teams while maintaining high customer service standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily delivery and transportation operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Develop and optimize delivery schedules and routes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor delivery performance and implement improvements to achieve service level targets.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, sales, customer service, and planning teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Resolve delivery issues, customer complaints, and transportation disruptions promptly.
• Monitor transportation budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Lead, coach, and develop the delivery operations team to improve performance and productivity.
