Logistics Manager

You will coordinate global product shipments, inventory transfers, warehouse returns, and day-to-day logistics workflows. You will maintain accurate NetSuite records, work with warehouses and logistics partners, handle operational requests and claims, prepare reports and documentation, and improve logistics processes and costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end influencer shipment fulfillment, including order creation, inventory allocation, tracking, and delivery confirmation.
• Coordinate product shipments for internal employees.
• Process warehouse returns, including receipt verification, inventory reconciliation, quality updates, and ERP processing.
• Coordinate intercompany stock transfers and ensure accurate documentation.
• Manage inventory transfers that support production activities.
• Record and validate warehouse transfers, stock adjustments, and inventory transactions in NetSuite.
• Create, validate, and manage logistics-related invoices in NetSuite.
• Manage the shared logistics mailbox and resolve operational requests.
• Communicate with warehouse providers and third-party logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal logistics processes and company policies.
• Support Marketing, Production, Finance, and Procurement on logistics activities.
• Prepare logistics reports and operational documentation.
• Analyze logistics processes and initiate improvements and automation.
• Prepare required documentation and support materials.
• Handle logistics claims and complaints.
• Optimize storage and transportation costs.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of international courier service providers and tracking systems.
• Understanding of foreign postal service operations and tracking schemes.
• Experience in e-commerce logistics, including courier and postal deliveries.
• Business process analysis and optimization skills.
• Familiarity with aggregator platforms such as Easyship.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and WMS systems.
• University degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
