Logistics Network Global Services Transportation Specialist (m/f/d)
Join LEONI's Global Logistics team and support the coordination of transportation processes across our international network. As a Logistics Specialist, you will help ensure the smooth execution of transport operations, collaborate with plants, logistics service providers and international colleagues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and cost efficiency.
This position is well suited for graduates or candidates with initial experience in logistics, supply chain or transportation who are looking to develop their career in a global automotive environment.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Coordinate supplier onboarding and support daily operations within the transport management system (AX4)
- Monitor transport orders and support LEONI plants in organizing shipments and resolving transportation-related issues
- Support transport damage and loss handling processes in cooperation with internal stakeholders and logistics partners
- Deliver user support and training for logistics processes and tools, including AX4
- Analyze logistics costs, transport data and process performance, and prepare regular reports
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, increase efficiency and reduce transportation costs
We are currently filling this position for a 6-month period.
What do we expect from you?
- Degree or secondary education with a focus on Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or customer service is an advantage; graduates are welcome to apply
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with ERP or transport management systems (e.g. SAP, AX4) is an advantage
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Ability to work effectively in an international and collaborative environment

Basic gross guaranteed salary: 1350 EUR/Brutto
