Dolphin International Transportation Inc. is seeking a candidate with experience in international import/ export operation (ocean/ air). This position requires excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task along with the knowledge to produce accurate workflow in a fast-paced freight forwarding operations environment, while positively contributing to the success of the team.

- Work Authorization (Required)
- Detail oriented with ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be bilingual (Mandarin and English)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Able to complete the Air and Ocean Shipments including creating and managing shipping documentation, booking, schedules, customs clearance, and truck dispatch
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication
- Proficiency in interacting, developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Ensure all proper records are input in the system, organized, and filed.
- Comprehend all shipping carrier timelines.
- GoFreight knowledge is a plus
- Other duties as assigned.
