YOUR ROLE
Attached to the Operations Manager, the Operations Officer (M/F) is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of services in compliance with contractual commitments and providing clerical support for all operational activities in order to achieve the assigned qualitative and quantitative objectives, in line with the Agency’s guidelines and commercial policy.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Management of air freight and LCL documentation and maintenance of filing systems/archives.
- Perform document filing and reclassification activities and prepare powers of attorney.
- Support department managers in their daily operational activities.
- Monitor agency operations and systematically share LCL pre-alerts.
- Develop and maintain internal and external reporting dashboards.
- Provide training on CargoWise and ONE TMS systems (file opening, billing of delivery orders, and related transactions).
- Provide training on Monday.com and other business tools.
- Monitor the purchase order approval process and process supplier invoices.
- Collect and manage customer documentation.
- Forward and follow up on supplier invoices.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
QUALIFICATIONS:
BAC+2
EXPERIENCE:
2 and 3 years in Transit and Logistics
SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Good knowledge of the Agency’s services.
- Good command of French and English (spoken and written).
- Good computer skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage priorities and urgent tasks.
- Respect for confidentiality and discretion.
- Proactive and able to suggest improvements.
- Good writing skills.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Professional appearance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
