Logistics Operations Assistant | Up to $2,800 | West

Working Hours

• 12-hour shifts (Day: 8am–8pm; Night: 8pm–8am)

• Rotating Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform receiving, inspection, labelling, put away, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods in accordance with SOPs
• Ensure correct handling of inventory to prevent damage, loss, or discrepancies
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory checks as required
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklifts if licensed)
• Follow all workplace safety, health, and security procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned warehouse areas
• Participate in proper shift handovers to ensure operational continuity
• Support peak operations, overtime requirements, and urgent tasks when required
• Assist with ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Able to work rotating 12-hour day/night shifts on a set roster, including weekends
• Comfortable with standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
• Forklift license an advantage, but not mandatory
• A dependable team player with good safety awareness
