Logistics Operations & Business Development Manager

Our company currently manages a logistics fleet vehicles for marginal oilfield operators and is positioned for rapid expansion. As we onboard additional clients and grow our fleet, we require a capable professional to oversee daily logistics operations while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate the company’s logistics and fleet operations.
* Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the business.
* Supervise drivers and ensure efficient fleet utilization.
* Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and operational efficiency.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Prepare operational and performance reports for management.

Requirements

* Proven experience in marketing, business development, and operations management.
* Practical driving experience and a good understanding of vehicle operations and driver management.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and deliver results.
* Experience in the logistics or transportation industry will be an added advantage.
