Key Responsibilities

1. Handle import and export customs declaration and clearance for air and ocean shipments
2. Prepare and submit various customs declarations, including general import/export, bonded cargo, logistics center inbond/outbond, and transfer shipments
3. Manage and execute bonded warehouse and logistics center customs operations in compliance with customs regulations
4. Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal logistics/warehouse teams to ensure smooth clearance
5. Review and verify shipping and customs documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, COO, permits, etc.)
6. Support customs inspections, document amendments, exception handling, and follow-up actions
7. Maintain accurate records, filing, and system updates for customs and clearance activities
8. Assist with customs audits, AEO/self-declaration compliance, and internal control requirements
9. Perform other import/export or logistics-related tasks as assigned
