LOGISTICS OPERATIONS EXCUTIVE
Summary
Oversee daily logistics operations, including plant start-up/shutdown, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure safe, efficient production and distribution.
Job Description:
He will be responsible to execute daily and weekly operations planning and scheduling. His main roles include:
· Perform unit start-up, shutdown and plant turnaround activities.
· Prepare equipment for maintenance service.
· Update operating procedures and prepare job pack documentation for equipment repair.
· Perform troubleshooting, resolve field operational issues and provide support for engineers and maintenance team.
· Monitor unit performance to ensure safe and optimal operation of the plant equipment, pipeline distribution network and other facilities.
· Perform planned rounds (field / DCS console) and take corrective action to maintain equipment and plant operations within safe operating limits and product quality compliance.
· Execute production schedules and achieve operation targets in a cost-effective manner.
· Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma or Degree certification with 3 years of relevant work experience.
· Candidate without any relevant experience will be consider as training will be provided.
· Candidate with forklift license is a plus point.
· Must be prepared to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
· An effective team player with good communication skills.
