LOGISTICS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

• Able to work in a non-aircon environment
• Able to travel to multiple sites
• Able to carry load up to 20-24Kg
• Able to work in a fast pace environment

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient deployment of manpower resources.

• Coordinate with clients to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.

• Supervise and train operational staff to maintain high standards of performance.

• Implement and improve operational processes to enhance overall efficiency.

• Monitor and manage workforce schedules, ensuring optimal utilization.

• Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

• Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain qualified manpower.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

• Generate and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement.
