We’re looking for a Logistics & Operations Lead to lead our Perth-based distribution and service operation. You’ll play a key role in driving performance, ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery, and taking ownership of a standalone operational site.
About the role
As Logistics & Operations Lead, you’ll be accountable for leading day-to-day distribution, warehouse, and service operations across Western Australia.
You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy — balancing operational delivery with people leadership, driving consistency, improving processes, and ensuring a strong customer experience across the region.
What you’ll be doing
• Leading warehouse and dispatch operations to ensure efficient delivery outcomes
• Monitoring and driving performance against KPIs
• Ensuring effective materials handling, storage, and distribution processes
• Overseeing site maintenance, equipment, and compliance
• Leading, coaching, and supporting a small frontline team
• Acting as the key site lead, connecting day-to-day operations with broader business priorities
• Driving continuous improvement across processes and performance
What you’ll bring
• Experience leading operations in a logistics, warehouse, or industrial environment
• Strong hands-on leadership capability and ability to manage day-to-day challenges
• Warehouse/high-racking experience
• Forklift or reach licence
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• A solutions-focused mindset with a focus on improving performance
• Confidence operating in a standalone or remote site environment
• Commitment to health, safety, and operational excellence
