What you'll do
Your work will be essential to coordinate logistics flows with Ormazabal China, including activities with the warehouse:
Management of international orders.
Export documentation.
Material receiving operations.
Preparation of shipments.
Redistribution of materials on pallets.
Preparation of packing lists.
Customs documentation.

At Ormazabal Protection & Automation S.L.U., one of the divisions of Ormazabal, we offer an excellent professional opportunity as a Planning Technician, both due to the content and functions of the position, and due to the image and reputation of this Ormazabal division in its sector of activity. The division has established itself as a key unit within the Ormazabal structure, oriented towards the development of solutions for smart grids.
The position will be developed at the Ormazabal Digital Hub (ODH), an emblem of Ormazabal, located in building 614 of the Zamudio Technology Park. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION
Education: Higher degree in International Trade, Logistics and Transport, Administration, or similar.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in coordination of international logistics operations, imports/exports, transport and customs management, and coordination of warehouse activities.
Complementary knowledge: Incoterms and import processes, customs and transport documentation, Packing Lists, commercial invoices.
Knowledge of tools and programs: ERP (SAP or similar), Excel.
Languages: English is essential. Knowledge of Chinese will be positively valued.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude: If you enjoy learning new things and working in a team, here you will do so every day surrounded by experienced professionals.
Driving license and own vehicle recommended.
