We’re inviting motivated individuals to join our Supply Chain Operations & Sustainability SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme a structured, full-time training and workplace learning programme that prepares participants for Supply Chain Sustainability Executive roles within the logistics and supply chain sector.

👉 This is a SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme, not a permanent employment role.

Eligible participants may receive a SkillsFuture Mid-Career Training Allowance of up to 50% of their average monthly income (capped at $3,000 per month), subject to SkillsFuture Singapore eligibility criteria and approval.

This programme is suitable for fresh entrants and mid-career individuals seeking structured reskilling with real industry exposure.

What You’ll Do

You will be trained and gradually take on responsibilities such as:

  • Supporting end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations

  • Assisting in sustainability initiatives (green logistics, process improvements)

  • Supporting transport, warehousing, inventory, and fulfillment activities

  • Collecting and analysing operational and sustainability-related data

  • Working with internal teams and logistics partners

  • Using supply chain technologies and digital tools to support operations

Training & Programme Structure

  • 3 months of structured training (classroom learning, projects, industry visits) covering:

  • Supply Chain Integration

  • Global Transportation Management

  • Warehousing & Fulfillment Management

  • Supply Chain Technology & Sustainability

  • 1 month of On-the-Job Training (OJT) with a host company

No prior supply chain experience required — full training is provided.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 3 passes, including English and Mathematics; or

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC qualification

Applicants from non-supply chain backgrounds are welcome.
