We are looking for an entry-level Logistics Operations & Project Support Coordinator to support daily logistics operations and assist in coordinating project-based logistics activities.
This role is suitable for individuals who are organised, responsible, and keen to develop a career in logistics operations and coordination.
This is a structured training role designed to progressively develop operational capability in logistics coordination and project support as part of a progressive development programme.
Key Responsibilities.
1. Daily Logistics Operations Support
- Assist in coordinating daily delivery jobs and schedules
- Support communication with drivers on job assignments
- Update job status and delivery progress
- Assist in handling basic customer enquiries and delivery updates
2. Project Coordination Support
- Assist in coordination of logistics and relocation projects
- Support scheduling of manpower and subcontractors
- Help track project timelines and job progress
- Assist with operational instructions under supervision
3. Subcontractor Coordination Support
- Assist in communicating job instructions to subcontractors
- Support scheduling and follow-up of job completion
- Escalate issues to supervisor when required
4. Reporting & Administration
- Update daily operations tracking sheets or dashboards
- Assist in basic reporting of job completion and exceptions
- Support documentation of operational activities
