Logistics Operations Specialist
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
Overall responsibility is to ensure the accurate input and maintenance of product and pricing data into the SAP system. Further duties include but are not limited to: coordinating pricing data with Marketing and Sales Departments, extension of materials to appropriate storage locations and set-up sales organization and pricing data. Communicate product set-up and status. Keep management apprised of all activity. Extract data from SAP and create reports as directed by the Manager of Logistics Operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Troubleshoot order department issues, receiving discrepancies.
- Contact freight companies to verify shipments and get proof of delivery signatures.
- Investigate shipping discrepancies to determine whether to process a dealer claim or not.
- Manage NPS Locker ensuring inventory control and managing requests
- Review data on spreadsheets for accuracy and for uploading as LSMW files into SAP.
- Review all A/P invoices for accuracy.
- Run and analyze special Inventory reports to monitor material turnover, identify current needs and detect obsolete items.
- Kit production and planning.
- Maintain bill of materials and master data maintenance.
- Assistance with cycle counts and year-end physical inventory.
- Plan logistics for marketing/NPS events to ensure all materials reach their destination.
- Create refurbished materials and prices in SAP.
- Generate purchase requisitions/purchase orders for accessory orders.
- Update pricing information provided by planning department.
- Issue call tags to aid in return process for 3rd party warehouse.
ANCILLARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative duties include weekly and monthly reporting.
- Special Projects.
- All other duties as required or needed.
