· Overseeoperational cost, risk and audit activities.

· Assistin interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotion andtermination activities.

· Determinestaffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects.

· Maintainthe facility clean, safe and organized.

· Evaluateinspection reports and service tickets and prepare repair invoices.

· Coordinatewith General Manager in different operational issues and promotionalactivities.

· Ableto arrange and complete the deliverables, in case of any vehicle breakdown orany interruptions in the operations.

· Evaluatecurrent operational strategies and recommend improvements.

Generate operationalreports for management as needed.
