Logistics Operations Specialist (約聘)

Position Description:

• As a member of our Export operations team, the Logistics Operations Specialist will create and manage processes to support our logistics network globally in origin for 10 months. The position will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers and our service provider in Asia to ensure on-time delivery. This role focuses on operational execution, including high-volume customs compliance (ISF filings), international booking management across multiple trade lanes, and system data quality maintenance. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless daily supply chain

execution and maintain high standards of compliance and tracking accuracy.

• Contract length: 10 Months.

Core Responsibilities:

• Implement, manage and maintain ocean and air freight booking processes.
• Management, maintenance of data quality on logistics system. Take full ownership of data quality to ensure supply chain and compliance visibility.
• Support, collaborate with buyers, import team, compliance team in global subsidiary operations.
• Serve as the liaison between freight forwarders, couriers, and Trek’s suppliers.
• Work independently and be responsible for daily operation. Having team works for process improvement plan.
• Monitor, guide suppliers for the operation on logistics system to improve the data quality.
• Prepare and implement standard operating policies and procedures.
• Maintain positive, productive relationships with internal parties and external logistics partners.
• Other requirements to support Trek’s global supply chain, as needed or identified.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, global trade, supply chain or related field will be preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience in international logistics with a global organization.
• Knowledge and experience of export and import processes and booking management.
• Proficient with current Microsoft Office programs. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency preferred.
• Working knowledge and experience of project management with complex scope.
• Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task in varied projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and on teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities, with the ability to interact effectively across multi-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic; accepts accountability and responsibility for actions.
• English proficiency, both written and verbal, required.
