You will have a key role in the integral management of the business unit:

What you'll do

- You will lead and support a team of project managers, driving their development and performance.

- You will guarantee the quality and excellence of the services provided to our clients.

- You will analyze project profitability and ensure the fulfillment of economic objectives.

- You will design and coordinate the implementation of new services and operations.

- You will maintain constant communication with strategic clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.

- You will participate in the definition of commercial strategies and in the development of new business opportunities.

- You will coordinate the various teams involved in the provision of services.

- You will monitor key business indicators, productivity, absenteeism, and turnover.

Education & certifications

University degree.

Languages
