Summary

Manages inventory, processes parts orders, and provides customer service in a logistics-focused role for a parts supplier.

As the Inventory & Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory and providing parts while providing exceptional customer service.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are readily available when needed.

· Pick parts, pack, and ship orders as required.

· Take inventory, maintain records of goods received, and keep perpetual inventory controls.

· Process parts warranties and returns as necessary.

·Report to Logistics Coordinator to ensure Daily tasks are fulfilled as assigned.

· Answer telephone and greet customers & vendors in a friendly and professional manner.

· Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the counter, work area, and stockroom.

· Interact with the Service Team to coordinate parts for repair and service.

· Other duties as assigned.
