About this Position As a Logistics, Planning Operations Specialist (Inventory Planning Support), you will play a key role in enabling smooth and effective supply chain planning operations through data, process excellence, and continuous improvement. What you´ll do Prepare, validate, and distribute Material Planning operational and management reports using Power BI and Excel to support data-driven decision-making Perform transactional support activities in SAP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to SLAs Develop, maintain, and update business process models using Signavio Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process governance documentation in Himdoc Design, develop, and enhance tools and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements aligned with business objectives Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and end-user support for existing tools and applications Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, automation, and knowledge-sharing activities; Conduct monthly business reviews with stakeholders to evaluate performance, address issues, and identify improvement opportunities
