Logistics Quality Engineer APAC

About this Position The Logistics Quality team is responsible for driving logistics quality management across the APAC region. Our mission is to reduce logistics-related customer complaints and prevent product quality issues caused by transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external logistics partners, we focus on continuous improvement, risk prevention, and the protection of product quality throughout the logistics process. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and make a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction and logistics quality performance. What you´ll do Act as the coordinator for logistics-related customer complaints management. And lead root cause investigations of high-noncritical customer complaints and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. And ensure timely closure of complaints and drive actions to reduce recurrence. Act as the coordinator for NCMR (Non-Conforming Material Report) processes, manage and track NCMRs status and ensure timely closure of non-conformance cases. Analyze complaint and NCMR trends to identify improvement opportunities. Partner with internal teams and logistics providers to reduce logistics-related quality issues and customer complaints. Responsible for managing and maintaining logistics quality system documentation, working closely with the logistics team to ensure document accuracy, compliance, and effective implementation.
