About The Armor Bearer

The Armor Bearer operates a global logistics network spanning South Korea, Singapore, Dubai, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan, connecting logistics pipelines around the world. Our DX (Digital Transformation) Team is building a fully integrated Global Logistics Platform Ecosystem, where shippers and supply chains everywhere can communicate fluidly in a single digital space — powered by KNOCK, our proprietary digital logistics solution.

About the Role

KNOCK is currently in its critical building phase, laying the structural foundation for a digitally connected global logistics network. We're looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Product Manager who can translate complex business requirements into elegant product specs and help set the next global standard for logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Relentless Optimization of Existing Services (KNOCK)

Analyze on-the-ground feedback and user data to catch errors and inefficiencies, then drive the functional improvements and system stabilization that raise the bar on product quality.

New Feature Proposals & 0-to-1 Product Planning

Track global logistics trends and local market needs to identify the features our solution truly requires, then bring them to life — from business logic through to detailed UI/UX specs.

Product Design Rooted in Global CX

Treat on-the-ground input from our entities in Korea, Singapore, Dubai, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan as valuable product-improvement data, and design onboarding experiences that scale globally while respecting local nuance.

AI-Driven Execution

Weave generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude into daily workflows — from market research to prototyping to writing detailed specs — to work with exceptional speed and depth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT product/service planning or product management — we weigh depth of experience and results far more than tenure
• A proven track record operating or managing a digital platform or internal enterprise system
• Ability to design complete platform flows and user journeys, not just isolated features
• A strong, logical communicator who collaborates flexibly across cross-functional teams and external partners
• Open to career switchers: 2+ years of hands-on experience in logistics, trade, or customs, with the potential to translate that domain knowledge into crisp product specs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, trade, or customs, or in planning complex B2B SaaS solutions
• Experience collaborating with overseas entities or international partners; business-level English proficiency
• A builder's mindset — thrives in the ambiguity of early-stage product development and takes full ownership of every problem touched
• Hands-on experience applying generative AI for rapid prototyping or other productivity tools in real work
• Fluent with modern collaboration tools (Figma, Jira, Confluence, Notion, Flow, etc.)
